The club operates during the following times, if you are late to pick up your children then an additional fee will apply.
We also provide an additional service for P1 & P2 pupils between 2:45pm to 3:15pm.
Closed all Bank holidays and in-service days (includes last day of term). However on in-service days, staff will come in to do additional training and work on the programmes.
Fees are calculated for the full school year and then payable over 10 months, this includes an annual registration fee of £15.
Fees can by paid via childcare vouchers.
With over 170 children on the register we are operating at capacity every day of the week. Our limit of 112 children per day is set by the Care Commission to ensure a safe environment for our staff and children.
In recent years, the management committee have worked hard to manage demand, however, we are currently operating a waiting list for Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday sessions.
If you are on the waiting list you will be contacted if a space opens up during the year, if you are unable to take the place at that time then you will not be offered another space until the following academic year.
For further information please speak to the CASC Manager.
Due to the high demand for the service we are unable to guarantee that new children will get a place straight away and will need to go on to the waiting list.
However priority is provided to children who already have siblings at the club.
If you would like to find out more information please contact the club via the contact details on the home page.
Personal planning is all the documentation we hold of your child to support staff in meeting your child's needs.
To be able to do this we need our amazing parents to be part of the process.
Here are some key deadlines for you to support CASC to help us with Personal planning upkeep.
Registration packs are legally updated every 6 months. We do this in the month of August and in the month of February. It is important you check your details and update us as soon as possible if anything changes in your registration pack. You can do this via email, phoning in or speaking to member of the team.

A new feature that has been embedded into CASC is our strategy planning. Strategy planning will occur throughout the year. Staff will approach you with communication guardian forms to let you know that we have identified something that your child loves and that we are committed to ensure this in available to them in the space, or if we have identified a potential developing difficult barrier for your child and how we intent to support your child with this. This could range from not having enough food throughout their school day, to making new friends, to learning how to manage their emotions better, to learning how to tie their shoe laces. The needs vary depending on the young person's goal or needs. It is important to note that parents are welcome to approach staff members at any point or to the management team to discuss a need of a child that we may be able to support in. We love parent who help us identify areas and support us in ensuring we are creating a supportive, safe and fun place for the children to enjoy and explore.
We want to thank you in advance for being part of this process and helping our team.
